(Regarding the sales policy applied to THE ZEI)
Dear Valued Customers,
Hai Dang Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company would like to inform you of the special sales policy during the first launching of THE ZEI as below:
PREFERRAL AND SUPPORT POLICY
Clients who buy from 02 apartments are subject to 1% discount of the total selling price (VAT excluded) for the second unit and onwards.
- Clients or family who benefit from the aforementioned discounts are required to provide the following documents upon signing the SPA:
- For Vietnamese clients: Client needs to provide the Residence book which proves that the buyer in the SPA is related to the first apartment owner; or a confirmation from local authorities on the relationship between the buyer and the apartment owner (parents, siblings with bloodline relation); or the original or a notarized copy of the buyer’s Birth certificate.
- For foreign clients: Client needs to provide legal documents to prove bloodline relations or marital status with the first apartment owner who signed the SPA.
Early payments policy
A 6% discount of the total selling price (VAT excluded) for clients who pay 70% of selling price (VAT included) within 20 days of the date of signing the deposit contract.
A 4% discount of the total selling price (VAT excluded) for clients who pay 50% of selling price (VAT included) within 20 days of the date of signing the deposit contract.
Interest rate Support Program
The Developer entertains an Interest rate Support Program for customers with Banks appointed by the Developer with the following specifications:
The loan amount is no more than 65% of selling price (VAT included)
Support the interest of 0% and a grace period of 12 months of the first disbursement date of the loan only applied for clients who borrow from HDBank.

A 3% discount of selling price (VAT excluded) for clients who do not use the interest support and do not pay under early payment schedule.
These discounts are calculated after deducting other discount packages.
- Banks will disburse the loan in accordance with the following schedule:

|5th installment||10% of selling price (VAT included)||Topping out (Expected 17th Sep 2020)|
|6th installment||25% of selling price (VAT included) + Maintenance fee||Pursuant to the handover notice (Expected Q2 / 2021)|
|7th installment||5% of selling price (VAT included)||Pursuant to the Certificate of Land Use Right notice|
|Payment % is calculated on total value of the apartment (VAT included)|
Applicable period: From 06/05/2019 to 30/06/2019 or until a new policy is issued
Applicable entities: All domestic & foreign clients who purchase The Zei apartments during applicable period.
For the general policy, the condition 2 and 3, clients could only choose one of these.
These above discounts are applied one by one and by order.
These above Discounts are not applicable for clients who benefit from Developer’s other special policies.
